To ensure that all students receive the best possible tutoring experience, we have implemented the following policy regarding no-shows and make-up sessions:
- Please note that we do not offer make-up sessions for missed appointments if not notified within 24 hours of the session. Once a session is missed, it is considered forfeited.
- Our goal is to make tutoring convenient and stress-free for you and your child. Please feel free to reach out to our team with any questions or to discuss scheduling options.
- Clients are responsible for payment of all scheduled sessions, regardless of attendance.
- We will try our best to reschedule missed sessions based on availability.
